Often, stress takes the better of most of us. It can be family disputes, relationship problems, work targets or office politics, stress maps its way into lives some way or the other. Because it is so much a part and parcel of everyday lives now, the effort to undo it from lives also has to be ardent and constant. Here, we bring to you a 21-day challenge to de-stress and shoo away anxiety from your life. This is important because stress and anxiety are often close friends to many diseases. Also, the activities that are listed day wise can be repeated at your own will and liking. So, here you go.

  • Day 1 – Listen to your favorite song.
  • Day 2 – Draw and fill colors on a page of diary.
  • Day 3 – Do breathing exercise for 10 minutes.
  • Day 4 – Jog for 30 minutes.
  • Day 5 – Write a journal about how your day was.
  • Day 6 – Meditate for 20 minutes.
  • Day 7 – Practice mindfulness the entire day. Google its technique.
  • Day 8 – No social media today.
  • Day 9 – De-clutter your workstation or cupboard.
  • Day 10 – Laugh with your heart.
  • Day 11 – Say no to caffeine today.
  • Day 12 – Take a long, hot, steam or bubble bath.
  • Day 13 – Dance to the beats of your favorite song.
  • Day 14 – Take a long walk and observed your surroundings.
  • Day 15 – Snuggle a stray animal and feed it.
  • Day 16 – Devote some time to just yourself and your feelings.
  • Day 17 – Make a list of the things that stress you.
  • Day 18 – Against every reason, write how you can minimize it.
  • Day 19 – Google this word – hygge. Try to follow it.
  • Day 20 – Now Google – lagom. Tell yourself your life is just lagom.
  • Day 21 – This will lead you to acceptance. The greatest gift you must gift yourself Today.
